Arguments

object

A CountMatrix object.

...

Currently not used.

data

A CountMatrix object for which to predict CA coordinates.

axes

A length-two numeric vector specifying the components to plot.

map

A character vector specifying the graph to plot. It must be one or both of "rows" or "columns". Any unambiguous substring can be given.

keep

A character vector specifying the subset to plot. It must be NULL or one or both of "rows" or "columns". (see refine_ca).

dimensions

An integer value giving the number of dimensions kept in the results. If NULL (the default), all dimensions are kept.
